Quality Control

Quality is decided long before a product leaves our plant. Every batch of adjuvant, pesticide and fertilizer we supply passes a documented control chain — from incoming raw materials to finished-goods release — before it is offered to our partners.

Our Quality Commitment

Our quality system rests on three principles: verified raw materials, controlled processes and traceable batches. Each production batch carries its own record, so that any question about composition, performance or handling can be answered from the file.

Control Across the Whole Chain

1. Incoming Material Inspection

Every incoming lot of active ingredients, surfactants, solvents and packaging is checked against its specification before it enters the warehouse. Non-conforming lots are segregated and are never released to production.

2. In-Process Control

Production is monitored at defined stages — mixing, emulsification, dilution and filling. Operators record the key parameters of each batch, and our laboratory verifies intermediate results before a batch moves forward.

3. Finished-Goods Testing and Release

Before release, each batch is tested against its product specification. Only batches that meet the specification are approved and packed with their batch number.

4. Retention Samples and Traceability

A retention sample of every batch is kept under controlled conditions, and the batch number on each shipment can be traced back to its raw-material lots, production record and test report.

Testing Capability

Our in-house laboratory covers the routine tests our products require, including:

  • Identity and purity — chromatography (HPLC / GC)
  • Physical properties — appearance, pH, density, viscosity, particle size
  • Performance properties — surface tension, spreading, emulsification stability, foam and wetting behaviour
  • Stability — accelerated and long-term storage studies

Where a test falls outside our scope, we work with qualified third-party laboratories and can provide the corresponding reports on request.

Documents With Every Shipment

Depending on the product and the destination market, we can provide the Technical Data Sheet (TDS), the Safety Data Sheet (MSDS/SDS), a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the shipped batch and, where required, registration support documents.

Continuous Improvement

Customer feedback, deviation records and internal reviews feed back into our procedures. When something does not meet expectation, we investigate the root cause, correct it and verify that the correction holds.
